From a very young age, I’ve learnt that property is an excellent asset which can build financial security. More importantly, it is accessible to everyone and not only to the wealthy.
As a proud Thai born Australian, my journey has taken me from bustling Bangkok to the vibrant city of Sydney. My passion for properties began in Bangkok, where I started building my own property portfolio. This passion followed me to Australia, where I continued to expand my portfolio.
With bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business, I began my career in accounting and finance. Over 20 years of experience in corporate world where I held several management roles, I’ve learned to master a solid foundation of investing. To achieve long-term growth, it’s crucial to be able to cut through noises to get to the bottom of meaningful financial and non-financial data.

We sift through the pre, on and off market to negotiate and secure the best property in-line with your strategy. We inspect to make sure that the reality matches the glossy ads before we organise a private or a virtual inspection during the time that suits you. We also liaise with conveyancer and building & pest inspector on your behalf.
Settlement
Now that the property is yours, you can sit back and relax while we ensure the right risk management is in place. This includes obtaining adequate insurance and appointing a quality property manager who will secure a trustworthy tenant for you.
